At this time, there is a hardware issue causing issues reaching mail4. Technicians are in the data center now, and we will have service restored as soon as possible.
Update: The server is back up at this time.

This server has a bad motherboard and it is being replaced now.
Update 12:45pm EST. Plesk3 is back online.
