Hardware issues: Columbus Data Center

There is currently an issue in our data center impacting multiple servers, most notably web12.websitesource.net. Network admins are working the issue, and further information will be posted as it develops.
UPDATE: While work continues, all servers save for web12.websitesource.net should be online at this time.
UPDATE: all servers including web12 are now online.
web4.websitesource.net is having hardware issues **updated**

web4.websitesource.net is back online and working properly. If you have having problems accessing your site please open a trouble ticket at http://support.websitesource.com
web4.websitesource.net is current down due to hardware issues. Data center personnel are aware of the problem and are working on the issue.

All servers are now up and running. Again we apologies for any problem this may have caused.
