Columbus, OH: Emergency core router maintenance 11/13 @ 0300 EDT

An issue has been identified with one of our core routers in our Columbus Ohio Datacenter. We will be performing emergency maintenance tonight at 0300 EDT to repair the issue. During the maintenance, connectivity and routing to the site will be disrupted briefly. Estimated outage duration is expected to be less than 10 minutes.

web8.websitesource.com is currently experiencing hardware issues, and is under repairs. Admins are aware of the issue, and we will update WSSNews as soon as more information is available.

The control panel at https://cp.websitesource.net/ is currently experiencing issues. We are aware of the problem, and will have service restored as soon as possible.

VPS control panels down **CLEARED**

The VPS control panel is back online. All VPS customers should be able to login to their control panel. If you are still experiencing issues please open a trouble ticket at http://support.websitesource.com
The control panels for VPS accounts are currently down. We are working with the control panel vendor to get them back up asap.
