Scattered routing issues

We have become aware that a small number of customers have been unable to route to specific servers. Our network team is currently investigating, though we have noted that often it seems that a user can reach one server but not another.
If you are impacted by this:
1) Determine if you can get to any other servers. If you can’t reach your site at example.com, try seeing if mail.example.com or webmail.example.com will come up.
2) Run a traceroute ( http://www.wikihow.com/Traceroute ) to see where your connection is failing to reach us.
3) Email your findings for 1) and 2) to support@websitesource.com. Please include the full results of the traceroute if possible.
